Creating a template and passing review
Every SMS is sent using a template approved by the mobile operators. Without an approved template the message will not be sent.
How to submit a template
- Open Templates → Add template.
- Enter the text. Write the changing parts as variables, for example {code} — see Template variables.
- Check the “Similar text among templates” block: a suitable template may already exist in the library, so you won’t have to wait.
- Click Submit for review.
The request status is shown in My templates. You will get an email with the decision.
Timing
Templates are reviewed on working days from 9:00 to 18:00. Requests sent in the evening or at weekends are reviewed on the next working day.
- a service template — up to 30 minutes during working hours;
- a promotional template — up to one working day.
What passes review
- The text is clear to the recipient without context: who is writing, why, and what to do next.
- The company name is in the text or in the sender name.
- One action per message: a code, a status, a reminder.
- Messages about bookings and deliveries include a contact for feedback.
What makes a template promotional
The operator decides whether a template is service or promotional based on the text. It becomes promotional if it contains:
- discounts, sales, percentages, “today only”, “hurry up”;
- event invitations, new product announcements;
- shortened links that hide the final address.
If your template was rejected
Correct the text and submit it again — there is no limit on attempts. The “Correct and resend” button is right next to the rejected request in My templates.
