How to top up your balance

USMS works on prepayment: the cost of a message is deducted from your balance at the moment of sending. Your current balance is shown at the top right of your account.

Online payment

Click Top up and choose a payment system — the top-up window opens. Card details are entered on the payment system’s page; USMS never sees them.

Bank transfer

Use the bank details from your contract. Before the first payment we recommend confirming the details with support.

Payment purpose: “Top-up of SMS balance under your contract” — you can copy it in the Pricing tab.

If you are topping up to pay for a sender name (SMS nick), write in the payment purpose: “for organising channels for transmitting SMS messages”.
