Reports and statuses
Campaign statuses
- Draft — the campaign is created but not launched.
- Scheduled — messages will be sent at the set date and time.
- In progress — messages are being passed to operators.
- Paused — sending is on hold.
- Waiting for morning — a promotional campaign stopped for the night and will continue in the morning by itself.
- Waiting to send — a technical pause; sending will continue automatically.
- Insufficient funds — not enough money on the balance. Top up and the campaign will continue.
- Checking statuses — everything is sent; we are collecting delivery reports from operators.
- Completed — sending and checks are finished.
- Cancelled — the campaign was stopped; the remaining messages won’t be sent.
