Logging in and resetting your password

Logging in

Open my.usms.uz/login, enter your email and password and click Log in. The “Remember me” box keeps you signed in on this device.

Why was I logged out?

• Someone logged in from another device. One account — one active session. Logging in from another computer or phone closes the previous session.
• No activity for more than 2 hours. For security, the session ends and you need to log in again.

Forgot your password?

1. On the login page, click “Forgot password?”.
2. Enter your email — a code will be sent to it.
3. Enter the code from the email and a new password.

No access to your email? Contact support and we will help you restore access.

Changing your password

Profile → Profile tab → Change password. The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain letters and digits.
