Contacts, groups and categories

Campaigns are sent to your address book. It is convenient to sort contacts into groups (e.g. “Tashkent customers”) and categories (e.g. “VIP”) — then you can send a campaign to just the part of the base you need.

Groups and categories first

In Contacts, open Groups and Categories and create the ones you need. A name must be at least two characters long.

Adding a contact manually

Contacts → Add contact: name, number, group, category and, optionally, a Telegram username.

Uploading a list from Excel

1. Click Download template — it’s a file with the required columns.
2. Fill in the columns: name, number, group, category and, optionally, Telegram username.
3. Click Choose file and upload the Excel or CSV file.

You can upload up to 20,000 contacts at a time. Rows without a group or category are skipped.

Fill in names: if the template contains {name}, a contact without a name won’t get the message.
