How to launch an SMS campaign

Before you start

• You have an approved template (or an ID from the template library).
• Contacts are uploaded and sorted into groups and categories.
• There is enough money on your balance.

Launching

1. Open Send SMS → SMS campaign.
2. Enter a name — only you see it in the campaign list.
3. Choose the sender name.
4. Choose the recipient groups or categories.
5. Choose a template or paste its ID and fill in the variables.
6. Start: Now or Later — then set the date and time (Tashkent time).
7. Check the calculation: how many recipients, how many SMS and the total cost.
8. Click Launch campaign.

Good to know

• Numbers on your blocklist won’t receive messages.
• Promotional campaigns are not sent at night: if a campaign falls on night hours, it gets the “Waiting for morning” status and continues by itself.
• If your money runs out mid-campaign, it stops with the “Insufficient funds” status and continues after you top up.
