Campaigns through a Telegram bot (Telegram post)

Telegram post means manual campaigns to the subscribers of your Telegram bot: text, photos and link buttons.

1. Connect the service

Profile → Additional services → Telegram post → Connect. On connection, the subscription fee for the remaining days of the month is charged; after that, the full price on the 1st of every month. If the request is rejected, the money is returned to your balance.

2. Create and connect a bot

1. In Telegram, open @BotFather and create a bot with the /newbot command.
2. Copy the token BotFather sends you.
3. Paste the token into the Telegram bot connection block in your profile and click Connect bot.

Never share your bot token. If the bot already works with another system, tick Replace webhook.

3. Gather subscribers

Share the link to your bot with your customers. A person joins the campaign list only after opening the bot and pressing Start.

4. Send a campaign

Telegram post → New campaign. Add formatted text, a photo and up to 8 buttons, check the preview and send it now or on a schedule.

Limits: up to 4096 characters without a photo, up to 1024 with a photo; photo up to 8 MB.

Premium emoji

Send the Premium emoji you want to your bot in a private chat, click Sync in your account, then pick the emoji in the editor via “⭐ Premium”.

Check the results in Campaign history. People who stopped or blocked the bot are removed from the audience automatically.
