Cascade Messaging: Push → SMS and Telegram → SMS

A cascade means a message first goes through a cheaper channel, and if the customer did not receive it, an SMS is sent automatically. Important notifications reach almost everyone, while SMS spend stays lower.

Telegram → SMS

Works when customers already talk to your Telegram bot.

• The contact has a phone number and a Telegram nickname in your address book and has pressed “Start” in your bot — the message goes to Telegram.
• The contact has not opened the bot or has blocked it — the same message goes out as a regular SMS immediately, with no waiting.

No separate request is needed: the service switches on as soon as you connect your Telegram bot in your profile (Profile → “Extra services”). Details: Telegram notifications instead of SMS.

Push → SMS

Works for the customers of your mobile app: orders, reminders, promotions. Push connection is required. A push notification goes first, and the message shows the status “Awaiting confirmation” in Details. If there is no confirmation within the set time, a fallback SMS is sent automatically.

How much it costs

When a cascade helps most

• Order and delivery statuses.
• Appointment and payment reminders.
• Verification codes, if the customer already uses your app or bot.
